Founder & CEO

A third-generation cobbler from Florence with a vision to bring Italian artisanship to the world stage. He began his journey at age 12, learning to hand-stitch leather alongside his grandfather.

Isabella Conti

Creative Director

Former head of design at major Parisian maisons, bringing couture sensibility to everyday luxury. Isabella's collections have been featured in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and The FT.

Marcus Webb

Head of Sustainability

Pioneering our zero-waste tannery partnerships and carbon-neutral shipping initiatives. Marcus led the industry's first fully circular leather goods programme in 2019.

Chiara Ferretti

Master Artisan

With 25 years in the Florence atelier, Chiara oversees the hand-finishing of every piece that leaves our workshop. She trains each new artisan personally over an 18-month apprenticeship.
